A fun and easy dessert combining the classic flavors of Oreos with smooth white chocolate, mini marshmallows, and pistachios.
Ingredients

- 400g white chocolate
- 300g Oreos (quartered)
- 150g mini marshmallows
- 200g glacé cherries (halved)
- 100g pistachios (chopped)
Instructions
- Line an 8/9″ square tin with parchment paper and set aside.
- In a large bowl, melt the white chocolate over a double boiler on low heat, stirring until smooth (or use a microwave in short bursts).
- Once melted, add in the mini marshmallows, chopped Oreos, cherries, and pistachios (reserve a handful of each for the topping).
- Gently fold the mixture together until evenly combined.
- Pour the mixture into the lined tin and spread it out evenly.
- Push the reserved toppings (Oreos, marshmallows, cherries, pistachios) on top for decoration.
- Refrigerate for 120 minutes, or until set.
- Once set, chop into pieces and enjoy!
Notes
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week. Can also be frozen for future enjoyment.
