Ingredients

  • 2 cups Oreo crumbs
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 24 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 large eggs
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp red food coloring
  • 1/2 cup crushed Oreos
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • Whipped cream for decoration
  • Mini Oreos for decoration
  • Red velvet cake crumbs for decoration
  • Sprinkles for decoration

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C) and grease a 9-inch springform pan.
  2. For the crust: Mix Oreo crumbs with melted butter. Press this mixture into the pan and bake for 10 minutes. Let it cool.
  3. For the cheesecake: Beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add the sugar, sour cream, vanilla, cocoa powder, and red food coloring. Mix well.
  4. Fold in the crushed Oreos gently.
  5. Pour the cheesecake mixture over the cooled crust.
  6. Bake for 60-70 minutes, or until set.
  7. Turn off the oven and let the cheesecake cool with the door slightly open for about 1 hour.
  8. Chill the cheesecake in the fridge for at least 4 hours before serving.
  9. For the drip: Heat the chocolate chips and heavy cream together until smooth. Drizzle over the cheesecake.
  10. Decorate with whipped cream, mini Oreos, red velvet crumbs, and sprinkles.

Notes

Ensure the cream cheese is at room temperature for easier mixing. Don’t overmix the batter to avoid incorporating too much air. For a brighter red, increase the red food coloring slightly.
