- 24 Oreo cookies, crushed
- 1/4 cup (60g) unsalted butter, melted
- 8 oz (225g) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup (240ml) heavy whipping cream
- 1 cup (120g) powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 6–8 Oreo cookies, chopped or crushed
- Chocolate syrup or fudge (optional for drizzling)
Instructions
- Prepare the crust: In a food processor, pulse the Oreo cookies until finely crushed. Mix the crushed Oreos with melted butter and press into an 8×8-inch baking dish. Refrigerate for 15-20 minutes to set.
- Make the cheesecake filling: Beat the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Whip the heavy cream with the vanilla extract until stiff peaks form, then fold it into the cream cheese mixture.
- Assemble the dessert: Spread the cheesecake filling over the crust and top with chopped or crushed Oreos. Drizzle with chocolate syrup if desired.
- Chill and serve: Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight. Slice into squares and serve chilled.
