Description

Oreo Delight is a delicious and easy dessert combining creamy cheesecake filling with a crunchy Oreo crust, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 24 Oreo cookies, crushed
  • 1/4 cup (60g) unsalted butter, melted
  • 8 oz (225g) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup (240ml) heavy whipping cream
  • 1 cup (120g) powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 68 Oreo cookies, chopped or crushed
  • Chocolate syrup or fudge (optional for drizzling)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the crust: In a food processor, pulse the Oreo cookies until finely crushed. Mix the crushed Oreos with melted butter and press into an 8×8-inch baking dish. Refrigerate for 15-20 minutes to set.
  2. Make the cheesecake filling: Beat the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Whip the heavy cream with the vanilla extract until stiff peaks form, then fold it into the cream cheese mixture.
  3. Assemble the dessert: Spread the cheesecake filling over the crust and top with chopped or crushed Oreos. Drizzle with chocolate syrup if desired.
  4. Chill and serve: Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight. Slice into squares and serve chilled.
