- 2 cups crushed Oreo cookies
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cups cream cheese
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups whipped cream
- 1 cup chocolate ganache
- 10 whole Oreo cookies, for decoration
Instructions
- Mix crushed Oreo cookies with melted butter and press into a cake pan to form a crust.
- Beat cream cheese with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Fold in whipped cream and spread half of the mixture over the crust.
- Drizzle half of the chocolate ganache over the cream layer.
- Add another layer of the cream mixture and top with the remaining ganache.
- Decorate with whole Oreo cookies and refrigerate for 4 hours before serving.
Notes
For best results, ensure the cream cheese is at room temperature before mixing. Store leftovers in an airtight container for 3 to 5 days.
