- 2 cups crushed Oreo cookies
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cups cream cheese
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups whipped cream
- 1 cup chocolate ganache
- 10 whole Oreo cookies for decoration
Instructions
- Mix the crushed Oreo cookies with melted butter and press the mixture into a cake pan to form a crust.
- In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Fold in the whipped cream gently and spread half of this mixture over the crust.
- Drizzle half of the chocolate ganache over the cream layer.
- Add another layer of the cream mixture and top it with the remaining ganache.
- Decorate the top with whole Oreo cookies and refrigerate the cake for 240 minutes before serving.
Notes
For a firmer texture, chill overnight. Homemade whipped cream enhances freshness.
