A creamy no-bake Oreo cheesecake, perfect for any occasion, combining rich cream cheese with crunchy Oreo cookies.

- 16 Oreo cookies (for the base)
- 4 tablespoons melted butter
- 16 Oreo cookies (for filling, crushed into small pieces)
- 500 ml whipping cream
- 200 g cream cheese
- 6 tablespoons icing sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons flavorless gelatin (optional)
- Oreo cookies for decoration to taste
Instructions
- Crush 16 Oreo cookies until they are a fine powder. Mix with melted butter to form a compact mixture. Press this into an 18 cm mold and cool in the fridge.
- Beat the cream until fluffy and set aside. In another bowl, mix cream cheese, icing sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Gently combine the whipped cream with the cream cheese mixture.
- If using gelatin, dissolve it in 10 tablespoons of water, microwave until melted, then mix into the filling and stir well.
- Fold in the crushed Oreo cookies gently into the filling. Pour this mixture over the cooled base and spread it evenly. Decorate the top with additional Oreos.
- Chill the cheesecake in the fridge for at least 180 minutes or until firm.
Notes
Use room temperature cream cheese for easier mixing. Do not over-beat the whipped cream.
