Description

A delightful no-bake dessert combining creamy cheesecake and the sweetness of Oreo cookies.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 300 g Oreo cookies (with or without filling)
  • 80 g melted butter
  • 500 g cream cheese (room temperature)
  • 200 ml whipping cream (minimum 35% fat, well cold)
  • 100 g glazed or impalpable sugar
  • 10 g unflavored gelatin (hydrated in 50 ml cold water)

Instructions

  1. Crush the Oreo cookies into fine crumbs and mix with the melted butter to form a cookie base. Press this mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  3. In a separate bowl, whip the cold whipping cream until stiff peaks form.
  4. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
  5. Dissolve the hydrated gelatin and fold it into the cheesecake mixture.
  6. Pour the cheesecake filling over the cookie base in the springform pan.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 240 minutes, or until set.
  8. Once set, remove from the pan and serve, optionally garnishing with additional Oreo crumbs on top.

Notes

For extra chocolatey flavor, use chocolate Oreos instead of regular ones.
