Instructions
- Prepare the crust by combining crushed graham crackers with light brown sugar and melted butter. Press into the bottom of your pan to form a crust.
- In a large bowl, beat heavy cream until medium peaks form. In another bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, salt, vanilla powder, and lemon juice until smooth.
- Fold the cream cheese mixture into the whipped cream until fully combined, then fold in crushed Oreo cookies.
- Spoon the cheesecake mixture into the prepared crust, making a slight mound in the center.
- Refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight to set, then smooth the top if needed. Serve chilled with whipped cream and extra Oreo garnish.
