Description

Delicious doughnuts combining Oreo cookies and creamy cheesecake, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 (16.3 oz) package of original refrigerated biscuits (8 count)
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 Tbsp sour cream
  • 2 Tbsp heavy whipping cream
  • 3/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 1/2 Tbsp heavy whipping cream
  • 1012 Oreo cookies, finely chopped
  • About 30 oz vegetable oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Preheat oil in a fryer, Dutch oven, or medium sauce pot to 340-350°F.
  2. In a bowl, beat together the cream cheese, granulated sugar, sour cream, and 2 Tbsp heavy cream until smooth. Transfer this mixture to a piping bag.
  3. Finely chop Oreo cookies and place them in a shallow bowl.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together powdered sugar and 2 1/2 Tbsp heavy cream until smooth to make the glaze.
  5. Fry the biscuits in the hot oil until they are golden brown on both sides.
  6. Transfer the cooked doughnuts to a wire rack to cool.
  7. Fill each doughnut with the cheesecake mixture, dip them in the glaze, and then into the crushed Oreos.
  8. Serve and enjoy!

Notes

These doughnuts are best served fresh and warm. They can be stored in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 days or refrigerated for up to a week.
