- 16 oz (452g) cream cheese, room temperature
- 3/4 cup (155g) sugar
- 3 tbsp (45ml) milk
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 1/4 cups (300ml) heavy whipping cream, cold
- 1/2 cup (58g) powdered sugar
- 1 1/2 cups (176g) Oreo crumbs
- 1 1/4 cups (300ml) heavy whipping cream, cold
- 1/2 cup (58g) powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup chocolate sauce
- 16–20 Oreos, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (176°C). Grease a 9×13 inch (23×33 cm) baking pan.
- In a medium bowl, mix melted butter, sugar, and vanilla extract. Add eggs and stir until blended.
- In another bowl, combine flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt. Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until smooth.
- Pour the brownie batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly. Bake for 24-27 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out with a few moist crumbs. Let it cool.
- In a large bowl, mix cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add milk and vanilla extract, mixing well.
- In another bowl, beat heavy whipping cream and powdered sugar on high speed until stiff peaks form. Fold about one-third of the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture, then fold in the rest. Gently mix in Oreo crumbs.
- In a large bowl, combine heavy whipping cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Whisk on high speed until stiff peaks form.
- Cut the cooled brownie into small pieces. Layer half of the brownie pieces at the bottom of a trifle dish. Spread half of the cheesecake filling on top, evenly sprinkle 3/4 of the chopped Oreos, then drizzle with chocolate sauce.
- Use more than half of the whipped cream, saving some for the top. Add another layer of brownie pieces and cheesecake filling. Finish by topping the trifle with the remaining whipped cream, chopped Oreos, and drizzle with more chocolate sauce.
- Refrigerate the trifle for several hours to allow the layers to set, ideally for 3-4 hours. Serve and enjoy!
Notes
Make sure cream cheese is at room temperature for easy mixing. Adjust Oreos to taste for different levels of crunch.
