A delicious dessert combining creamy cheesecake and the wonderful flavor of Oreos, perfect for any occasion.
Ingredients

- 2 1/2 cups Oreo crumbs
- 5 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 24 oz cream cheese (room temperature)
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup sour cream (room temperature)
- 1/4 cup heavy cream (room temperature)
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 4 large eggs (room temperature)
- 1 cup Oreo pieces
- 1/2 cup Oreo crumbs
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream (cold)
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup fine Oreo crumbs
- Half Oreos for decoration
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C) and prepare a 9-inch springform pan.
- To make the Oreo crust, mix the Oreo crumbs with the melted butter. Press this mixture firmly into the bottom of the pan. Bake for 10 minutes.
- In a bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add the sour cream, heavy cream, vanilla, and eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Fold in the Oreo crumbs and pieces.
- Pour the filling over the baked crust. Bake in a water bath for 60-75 minutes. Once done, cool in the oven, then refrigerate for at least 6 hours to set.
- For the chocolate ganache, heat the heavy cream and pour it over the chocolate chips. Stir until smooth and well combined.
- To assemble the cheesecake, pour the ganache on top and freeze for 10 minutes to set.
- For the Oreo whipped cream, beat the cold cream with the powdered sugar, vanilla, and Oreo crumbs until stiff peaks form.
- Decorate the cheesecake with the whipped cream and half Oreos on top. Enjoy!
Notes
Make sure all your ingredients are at room temperature. Use a water bath to prevent cracks.
