Ingredients
Scale
- 1 1/2 cups chocolate cookie crumbs

- 1 cup sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1/2 cup orange juice

- 2 oranges, thinly sliced
Instructions

- In a bowl, mix the chocolate cookie crumbs and melted butter together. Press this mixture into the bottom of the pan to form a nice crust.
- In another bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Stir in the orange juice, orange zest, and vanilla extract until everything is combined.
