  • 8g vanilla sugar (1 tablespoon)
  • 5 tablespoons oil (50ml)
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons butter (50g), melted
  • 8g baking powder (1 teaspoon)
  • 320g flour (about 2 1/2 cups)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease a 24 cm diameter cake mold with butter.
  2. In a bowl, whisk the eggs and both types of sugar until creamy.
  3. Add the oil and melted butter, mixing well.
  4. Sift together the flour and baking powder, then gradually add to the wet mixture, stirring until smooth.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared cake mold.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
