- 320g flour (about 2 1/2 cups)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease a 24 cm diameter cake mold with butter.
- In a bowl, whisk the eggs and both types of sugar until creamy.
- Add the oil and melted butter, mixing well.
- Sift together the flour and baking powder, then gradually add to the wet mixture, stirring until smooth.
- Pour the batter into the prepared cake mold.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
