- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 750 grams cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 2/3 cup vanilla yogurt
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp salt
- Zest from 3 oranges
- 1/4 cup fresh squeezed orange juice
- 4 large eggs
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C) and spray a 9-inch springform pan with non-stick spray.
- In a bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of the prepared pan.
- In a stand mixer, add the cream cheese and mix until smooth. Gradually add the sugar and mix until fully incorporated. Add the yogurt, vanilla extract, salt, orange juice, and orange zest. Mix until well combined.
- Add the eggs one at a time, mixing briefly after each addition.
- Pour the cheesecake batter into the prepared pan and bake for 85-90 minutes, until edges are golden and the center jiggles.
- Cool for 10 minutes, then loosen the sides. Let cool for 2 hours at room temperature, then refrigerate for 6 hours or overnight.
- Once chilled, cut into 10 slices and enjoy!
Notes
Make sure your cream cheese is at room temperature for a smooth batter. Store in the refrigerator and consume within 4 to 5 days.
