Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 8 oz linguine or fettuccine pasta
- 3 cups beef broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 3 tbsp butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
- Salt & pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
- In a large pot, cook ground beef over medium heat until fully browned. Drain excess fat.
- Add butter and garlic to the beef. Sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Pour in beef broth and heavy cream. Add uncooked pasta. Bring to a simmer and cook, stirring often, until pasta is tender (about 12–15 minutes).
- Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot!
Notes
Serve with a side salad or garlic bread. Can store leftovers in an airtight container for 3-4 days.
