Description

A comforting one-pot meal featuring creamy sauce, ground beef, and garlic, perfect for busy weeknights.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 8 oz linguine or fettuccine pasta
  • 3 cups beef broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • Salt & pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, cook ground beef over medium heat until fully browned. Drain excess fat.
  2. Add butter and garlic to the beef. Sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  3. Pour in beef broth and heavy cream. Add uncooked pasta. Bring to a simmer and cook, stirring often, until pasta is tender (about 12–15 minutes).
  4. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot!

Notes

Serve with a side salad or garlic bread. Can store leftovers in an airtight container for 3-4 days.
