  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1 cup broccoli florets

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the chicken pieces and season with salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder. Cook until the chicken is browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Add the broccoli florets to the skillet.
  4. Cover and cook for another 5-7 minutes, until the broccoli is tender.
  5. Stir everything together and serve warm.

Notes

For extra flavor, marinate the chicken for 30 minutes before cooking. Feel free to swap broccoli with other vegetables like carrots or bell peppers.
