A simple and delicious one-pan meal featuring tender chicken and creamy noodles, perfect for busy weeknights.
Ingredients

- 4 boneless, skinless chicken thighs or breasts
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp butter
- 3 cups chicken broth
- 2 cups egg noodles (uncooked)
- 3/4 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp paprika
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Season chicken with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Heat olive oil and 1 tbsp butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add chicken and sear for 4–5 minutes per side until golden. Remove and set aside.
- In the same pan, pour in chicken broth, add egg noodles, onion powder, and paprika. Stir and bring to a boil. Cover and reduce heat to simmer for 6–7 minutes.
- Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan. Add the remaining butter and mix until smooth.
- Place the chicken back into the skillet. Simmer uncovered for 5 more minutes until chicken is cooked through and sauce thickens.
- Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve hot.
Notes
For a thicker sauce, let it simmer longer. Feel free to add vegetables like peas or spinach for added nutrition.
