- 1 (5 oz) can Carnation Evaporated Milk
- 2 cups granulated sugar

Instructions
- Combine cocoa, butter, evaporated milk, and sugar in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir until melted and smooth.
- Bring to a gentle boil, stirring constantly, and cook until it reaches soft-ball stage (234°F using a candy thermometer).
- Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
- Pour the fudge into a greased 8×8 pan and let cool until firm.
Notes
Stir continuously while boiling to prevent burning. Use a candy thermometer for accuracy. Experiment with nuts or sea salt for added flavor.
