Ingredients

- 1 cup butter
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp vanilla
- 1 tbsp baking soda
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup Nutella
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until smooth.
- Beat in the egg and vanilla until well combined.
- In a separate bowl, mix together the baking soda and flour. Gradually blend this into the creamed mixture.
- Scoop out dough and flatten it slightly. Place a teaspoon of Nutella in the center and fold the dough over to seal.
- Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool before serving.
Notes
For a sweet and salty flavor, consider adding a sprinkle of sea salt on top before baking. Store in an airtight container for up to a week.
