Nutella Puff Pastry Bombs are delightful treats that combine flaky puff pastry with sweet Nutella. Perfect for any occasion!
Ingredients

- 1 sheet puff pastry (thawed)
- 6–8 tsp Nutella
- 1 egg (beaten, for brushing)
- Powdered sugar (for dusting)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll out the puff pastry and cut it into squares.
- Place 1-2 teaspoons of Nutella in the center of each square.
- Fold the corners of the pastry over the Nutella to form a pocket and seal the edges.
- Brush the tops with the beaten egg.
- Place the filled pastries on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and dust with powdered sugar before serving.
Notes
Serve warm, pairs nicely with coffee or tea. Can be stored in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 days.
