A delicious dessert combining creamy cheesecake with the crunch and caramel flavors of Twix bars, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups crushed graham crackers
  • 1/2 cup crushed Twix bars
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 45 Twix bars, chopped
  • Chocolate ganache or melted chocolate for drizzling (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the crust by combining crushed graham crackers, crushed Twix bars, granulated sugar, and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan and chill in the fridge.
  2. Make the cheesecake filling by beating softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Whip heavy cream and vanilla until stiff peaks form, then fold into the cream cheese mixture.
  3. Assemble the cheesecake by spreading the filling over the chilled crust and refrigerating for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  4. Top with chopped Twix bars and drizzle with chocolate if desired.

Notes

For a firmer cheesecake, let it chill overnight. You can swap Twix for other candy bars for a fun twist.
