- 1 1/2 cups crushed graham crackers
- 1/2 cup crushed Twix bars
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 4–5 Twix bars, chopped
- Chocolate ganache or melted chocolate for drizzling (optional)
Instructions
- Prepare the crust by combining crushed graham crackers, crushed Twix bars, granulated sugar, and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan and chill in the fridge.
- Make the cheesecake filling by beating softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Whip heavy cream and vanilla until stiff peaks form, then fold into the cream cheese mixture.
- Assemble the cheesecake by spreading the filling over the chilled crust and refrigerating for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Top with chopped Twix bars and drizzle with chocolate if desired.
Notes
For a firmer cheesecake, let it chill overnight. You can swap Twix for other candy bars for a fun twist.
