A refreshing no-bake dessert featuring layers of blueberry and strawberry flavors on a crunchy Oreo crust, perfect for hot summer days.

- 1 pkg golden Oreos
- 6 tbsp butter, melted
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup confectioners sugar
- 1 cup blueberries (fresh or thawed from frozen)
- 1 (16 oz) container Cool Whip, thawed (divided)
- 2 (3.4 oz) instant strawberry pudding mix
- 3 cups cold milk
- Fresh strawberries (sliced)
- Additional blueberries
- 2 oz white chocolate chips
Instructions
- Crush the golden Oreos until finely crushed and mix with melted butter. Press into a 9×13 inch pan.
- Blend cream cheese and confectioners sugar until smooth. Stir in 2 cups of Cool Whip and blueberries. Spread over the crust and freeze for 30 minutes.
- Prepare strawberry pudding according to package directions and spread over the blueberry layer once set.
- Top with remaining Cool Whip.
- Melt white chocolate chips and drizzle over the top with sliced strawberries and additional blueberries.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
Notes
Ensure cream cheese is softened for a smoother mix. You can swap blueberries for other berries, and add sliced peaches or mangoes for a tropical twist.
