- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups whipped cream or whipped topping
- 1 package strawberry Jello
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1 cup sliced strawberries
- Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
- Gently fold in the whipped cream or whipped topping until fully combined.
- In a separate bowl, dissolve the strawberry Jello in boiling water according to the package instructions. Let it cool slightly.
- Line the bottom of a 9×13-inch baking dish with a single layer of graham crackers.
- Spread half of the cream cheese mixture evenly over the graham cracker layer.
- Arrange half of the sliced strawberries on top of the cream cheese layer.
- Pour half of the dissolved Jello over the strawberries, spreading it evenly.
- Repeat the layers with another layer of graham crackers, cream cheese mixture, sliced strawberries, and Jello.
- Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until set.
- Before serving, garnish with fresh mint leaves if desired.
Notes
Make sure the cream cheese is softened before mixing for a smoother filling. Feel free to add other fruits for a fun twist.
