No-Bake Strawberry Jello Lasagna

Description

A refreshing and delightful dessert with layers of graham cracker crust, creamy filling, and fruity strawberry Jello, perfect for summer gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 2 boxes strawberry Jello mix (6 oz each)
  • 2 cups boiling water
  • 2 cups cold water
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
  • Whipped cream for decoration
  • Fresh strawberries for decoration

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar until well combined. Press into the bottom of a 9×13-inch dish to form the crust and refrigerate to set.
  2. In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mix until creamy. Fold in the whipped cream and spread this mixture evenly over the crust.
  3. In a bowl, dissolve the strawberry Jello mix in boiling water. Stir until completely dissolved, then add cold water and let it cool slightly.
  4. Arrange sliced strawberries over the cream cheese layer, and pour the Jello mixture over the strawberries. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
  5. Once set, decorate the top with whipped cream and fresh strawberries before serving.

Notes

Make sure to use softened cream cheese for easy mixing. This dessert can also be made a day in advance.
