- 200g (1 1/2 cups) graham cracker crumbs
- 50g (1/4 cup) unsalted butter, melted
- 50g (1/4 cup) sugar
- 400g (2 cups) fresh or frozen strawberries, pureed
- 200g (1 cup) powdered sugar
- 300g (1 1/4 cups) cream cheese, softened
- 240ml (1 cup) heavy cream
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 100g (1/2 cup) strawberry-flavored cereal
- 50g (1/4 cup) melted butter
- 30g (2 tbsp) sugar
Instructions
- Combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar in a bowl. Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan to form a crust. Refrigerate for 30 minutes to set.
- Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth and creamy. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture. Mix in the strawberry puree and vanilla extract until well combined. Pour the strawberry filling over the prepared crust and smooth the top. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
- In a bowl, mix the strawberry-flavored cereal, melted butter, and sugar until combined. Sprinkle the crunchy topping evenly over the chilled strawberry filling.
- Slice and serve this refreshing, no-bake strawberry crunch cake for a delightful summer treat!
