- 1 sleeve graham crackers (or 1.5 cups graham cracker crumbs)
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- Two 8-ounce blocks cream cheese, softened
- 14-ounce can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla paste (or vanilla extract)
Instructions
- Prepare the strawberries: Remove the stems, cut into pieces, and mix with sugar, lemon zest, and lemon juice. Let sit for 15 minutes.
- Make the graham cracker crust: Pulse graham crackers in a food processor, then mix with melted butter until moistened.
- Prepare the cheesecake filling: Whip cream cheese, sweetened condensed milk, and vanilla until smooth.
- Assemble the parfaits: Layer cheesecake mixture, graham cracker crumbs, and macerated strawberries in a glass. Repeat layers.
- Chill for 1 hour before serving.
Notes
