- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup whipped cream
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
Instructions
- In a bowl, blend graham cracker crumbs, granulated sugar, and melted butter until combined.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of jars to form the crust.
- In another bowl, beat softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Gently fold in the whipped cream until well combined.
- Spoon the cream cheese mixture into the jars over the crust.
- Add sliced strawberries on top.
- Refrigerate for at least 120 minutes before serving.
Notes
Serve cold and add extra strawberries or drizzle with chocolate for serving. Store in the refrigerator for 2-3 days.
