- 1 1/2 cups Oreo baking crumbs
- 5 tablespoons melted butter
- 900 grams cream cheese, at room temperature
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 teaspoons red food coloring paste
- 200 grams white chocolate, melted
- 75 grams semi-sweet chocolate, melted
- 1 cup whipped cream or whipped topping
- Additional whipped cream or whipped topping for decoration
- Oreo crumbs for decoration
Instructions
- Prepare the crust by combining Oreo crumbs and melted butter, then press into a 9-inch springform pan and refrigerate.
- Melt the white and semi-sweet chocolate in the microwave until just melted, then set aside to cool slightly.
- In a large bowl, mix cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth, then add red food coloring and the melted chocolates. Gently fold in whipped cream until fluffy.
- Pour the cheesecake mixture into the prepared crust and refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight.
- Top with whipped cream and sprinkle with Oreo crumbs before serving.
Notes
Make sure cream cheese is at room temperature for smoother filling. Adjust food coloring for desired color intensity.
