Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups Oreo baking crumbs
  • 5 tablespoons melted butter
  • 900 grams cream cheese, at room temperature
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 teaspoons red food coloring paste
  • 200 grams white chocolate, melted
  • 75 grams semi-sweet chocolate, melted
  • 1 cup whipped cream or whipped topping
  • Additional whipped cream or whipped topping for decoration
  • Oreo crumbs for decoration

Instructions

  1. Prepare the crust by combining Oreo crumbs and melted butter, then press into a 9-inch springform pan and refrigerate.
  2. Melt the white and semi-sweet chocolate in the microwave until just melted, then set aside to cool slightly.
  3. In a large bowl, mix cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth, then add red food coloring and the melted chocolates. Gently fold in whipped cream until fluffy.
  4. Pour the cheesecake mixture into the prepared crust and refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight.
  5. Top with whipped cream and sprinkle with Oreo crumbs before serving.

Notes

Make sure cream cheese is at room temperature for smoother filling. Adjust food coloring for desired color intensity.
