A deliciously sweet no-bake dessert combining creamy peanut butter, fluffy marshmallow crème, and a tasty Oreo crust.

- 1 package (14 oz) Oreos
- 8 tablespoons (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 3 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 1 jar (7 oz) marshmallow crème
- 1 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
- 3/4 cup heavy whipping cream (for topping)
- 2–3 tablespoons powdered sugar (for topping)
- Peanut butter for garnish, optional
- Peanut butter sandwich cookies for garnish, optional
Instructions
- Lightly grease a 9-inch springform pan with cooking spray. Grind the Oreos into fine crumbs, mix with melted butter, and press the mixture into the bottom and sides of the pan. Refrigerate while preparing the filling.
- In a chilled mixing bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form and set aside. In another bowl, beat cream cheese with granulated sugar until smooth. Mix in marshmallow crème and peanut butter. Gently fold in the whipped cream and spread this mixture into the crust. Refrigerate for 3-4 hours until set.
- Make another batch of whipped cream for the topping. Decorate the pie with the whipped cream and garnish with crushed cookies and a drizzle of warm peanut butter. Serve chilled.
Notes
Make sure your cream cheese is softened before mixing to avoid lumps. Chill mixing bowls for better whipped cream.
