Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips (optional for dipping)
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil (optional for dipping)

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, beat together the peanut butter, cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
  2. Stir in the graham cracker crumbs until fully combined.
  3. Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Melt the chocolate chips and coconut oil in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until smooth.
  5. Dip each ball into the melted chocolate, ensuring it is fully coated, then place them back onto the parchment paper.
  6. Refrigerate the cheesecake balls for at least 1 hour before serving.
