Description

A delicious no-bake dessert combining peanut butter and bananas in a creamy cheesecake filling.


Ingredients

  • 9 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 24 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 3/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup sour cream or plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 1/4 cups heavy cream
  • Store-bought salted caramel sauce or homemade
  • Sliced bananas
  • Sea salt (optional)
  • Whipped cream swirls (optional)
  • Mini chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Graham Cracker Crust: In a large bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, salt, and melted butter. Press this mixture firmly into the bottom and sides of an 8-inch springform pan. Place the pan in the refrigerator.
  2. Make the No Bake Peanut Butter Cheesecake Filling: In another bowl, beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar together until smooth. Then mix in the peanut butter, sour cream, and vanilla extract. Carefully add the heavy cream and beat until fluffy. Transfer into the chilled crust and smooth it out. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours to set.
  3. Add Salted Caramel Sauce & Bananas: Once chilled, top with sliced bananas. Mix peanut butter into the salted caramel sauce and pour over the cheesecake. Optionally add whipped cream, more bananas, sea salt, and mini chocolate chips.
  4. To Make Whipped Cream Swirls: In a bowl, whip heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form. Use a piping bag to create swirls on top.
  5. Serve: Slice the cheesecake and enjoy it chilled!

Notes

Ensure cream cheese is fully softened to avoid lumps. This cheesecake can be made in advance and stored for up to 3-5 days.
