A delightful no bake dessert with creamy layers and a crunchy Oreo crust, perfect for any occasion.
Ingredients

- 1 package Double-stuffed Oreo cookies (30 cookies or 15.35 oz)
- 8 tablespoons butter (1 stick)
- 3 cups half and half
- 2 containers Cool Whip (8 oz. each)
- 1 package cream cheese (8 oz.)
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
Instructions
- Crush the Oreos: Place 20 Oreos into a ziplock bag and crush until large crumbs, reserving 10 for decoration.
- Make the Oreo Crust: Mix the Oreo crumbs with melted butter and press into the bottom of a 9 x 9 inch pan.
- Prepare Chocolate Pudding: Whisk chocolate pudding mix with 3 cups of half and half until smooth; chill slightly in the freezer.
- Prepare Cream Cheese Layer: Soften cream cheese and mix with powdered sugar and one container of Cool Whip until smooth.
- Spread the Cream Cheese Layer over the crust gently.
- Spread the chocolate pudding over the cream cheese layer.
- Add the second Cool Whip layer on top of the pudding.
- Decorate with crumbled Oreo cookies.
- Refrigerate for at least 3-4 hours or overnight until firm.
