- 15 Oreos, crushed
- 2/3 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips (optional)
- 1/2 cup heavy cream (optional)
- Whipped Cream (for topping)

Instructions
- Make the Crust: Pulse 28 Oreos in a food processor until fine crumbs. Mix with melted butter and salt (if using) until combined. Press into a 10-inch springform pan.
- Prepare the Filling: In a bowl, mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and salt until fluffy. Fold in Cool Whip and crushed Oreos.
- Combine Filling and Crust: Pour the filling over the crust and smooth with a spatula.
- Make the Ganache: In a bowl, combine chocolate chips and heavy cream (if using). Microwave for about 45 seconds, whisk until smooth, and let cool for about 15 minutes.
- Top the Cheesecake: Pour the cooled ganache over the cheesecake filling. Refrigerate for at least 6 hours.
- Serve: Garnish with whipped cream and additional Oreos before serving.
Notes
For best texture, use room temperature cream cheese and chill the cheesecake overnight.
