A rich and creamy no-bake cheesecake made with Oreos, perfect for any occasion.

- 1 package (14.3 oz) Oreos
- 1/2 cup (113 g) unsalted butter, melted
- 4 ounces white chocolate bar
- 1 1/4 cups (354 ml) heavy whipping cream
- 1/2 cup (65 g) powdered sugar
- 16 ounces (452 g) full-fat cream cheese, at room temperature
- 1/2 cup (95 g) granulated sugar
- 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
- 20 Oreos, crushed
- 1 cup (236 ml) heavy whipping cream (for topping)
- 1/2 cup (65 g) powdered sugar (for topping)
- Additional Oreos for garnish
- Hot fudge sauce for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Grease a 9-inch springform pan and line the bottom with parchment paper. Grind the Oreos into fine crumbs and mix with melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom and up the sides of the pan, then refrigerate.
- Melt white chocolate in the microwave. Chill a mixing bowl, then whip heavy cream to soft peaks, adding powdered sugar until stiff peaks form.
- Beat cream cheese until smooth, then mix in sugar and vanilla, followed by the melted white chocolate. Fold in whipped cream and crushed Oreos.
- Pour filling into the crust and chill until set (3-4 hours).
- Make a second batch of whipped cream and pipe around the edges of the cheesecake. Garnish with crushed Oreos and optional hot fudge sauce.
- Serve chilled.
Notes
Store any leftover cheesecake in the fridge for up to 5 days. It can be frozen for up to 2 months.
