  • 1/2 cup cold water

  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp orange zest (plus extra for garnish)
  • 1 (8 oz) tub whipped topping, divided
  • Mandarin orange slices (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Dissolve the orange Jell-O in boiling water and stir well.
  2. Add cold water to the Jell-O mixture and let it cool until slightly thickened.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
  4. Add orange zest to the cream cheese mixture and stir until combined.
  5. Gradually mix the thickened Jell-O into the cream cheese mixture, stirring gently.
  6. Fold in half of the whipped topping until well blended.
  7. Pour the mixture into the graham cracker crust and smooth the top.
  8. Top with the remaining whipped topping.
  9. Chill the pie in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or until fully set.
  10. Garnish with mandarin orange slices and extra orange zest before serving.
