- 1/2 cup powdered sugar

- 1 (8 oz) tub whipped topping, divided
- Mandarin orange slices (for topping)
Instructions
- Dissolve the orange Jell-O in boiling water and stir well.
- Add cold water to the Jell-O mixture and let it cool until slightly thickened.
- In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Add orange zest to the cream cheese mixture and stir until combined.
- Gradually mix the thickened Jell-O into the cream cheese mixture, stirring gently.
- Fold in half of the whipped topping until well blended.
- Pour the mixture into the graham cracker crust and smooth the top.
- Top with the remaining whipped topping.
- Chill the pie in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or until fully set.
- Garnish with mandarin orange slices and extra orange zest before serving.
