  • Mandarin orange slices (for garnish)
  • White chocolate shavings (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter until evenly coated. Press into a 9-inch pie pan and chill for 15 minutes.
  2. Dissolve the orange gelatin in boiling water and stir. Add cold orange juice, orange zest, and vanilla extract; let cool slightly. In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth, then gradually mix in gelatin.
  3. Fold in whipped topping gently. Pour filling into crust, smooth the top, and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight until set.
  4. Top with additional whipped topping, orange zest, and mandarin orange slices before serving.
