- 24 Oreo cookies
- 4 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 20 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 tablespoon powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 3 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 1 1/2 cups Nutella
- Fresh strawberries for serving
- Whipped cream for serving
- Extra Nutella for drizzling
Instructions
- Prepare the crust by crushing the Oreo cookies in a food processor. Mix crushed cookies with melted butter and press into the bottom of a springform pan. Freeze temporarily.
- In a chilled bowl, whip the heavy cream with 1 tablespoon of powdered sugar until stiff peaks form. Refrigerate until needed.
- Beat the softened cream cheese in a separate bowl until smooth. Mix in the remaining powdered sugar, cocoa powder, and Nutella until fully combined.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the Nutella mixture until smooth.
- Pour the cheesecake filling over the chilled crust and smooth the top.
- Cover and chill in the refrigerator for 4 hours or up to 48 hours for the best set.
- Run a knife around the edges of the pan to release the cheesecake, then remove the springform pan. Serve with fresh strawberries, whipped cream, and drizzled Nutella.
