Description

A simple yet indulgent No Bake Nutella Cheesecake featuring rich flavors of Nutella and classic cheesecake, perfect for hot days.


Ingredients

  • 24 Oreo cookies
  • 4 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 20 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tablespoon + 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 3 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 1 1/2 cups Nutella
  • Fresh strawberries for serving
  • Whipped cream for serving
  • Extra Nutella for drizzling

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Crust: Crush the Oreo cookies (including the filling) in a food processor until fine. Stir together the crushed cookies and melted butter, then press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan. Place it in the freezer while you prepare the filling.
  2. Whip the Cream: In a chilled metal bowl, whip the heavy cream with 1 tablespoon of powdered sugar using a whisk or hand mixer until stiff peaks form. Place it in the refrigerator until ready to use.
  3. Make the Cheesecake Filling: In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add the remaining 1/2 cup powdered sugar, cocoa powder, and Nutella to the cream cheese, beating until well combined.
  4. Combine Mixtures: Take the whipped cream out of the refrigerator and gently fold it into the Nutella mixture until smooth and even.
  5. Assemble the Cheesecake: Pour the cheesecake filling on top of the chilled Oreo crust and smooth the top with a spatula.
  6. Chill: Cover and chill in the refrigerator for 240 minutes or up to 2880 minutes for the best set.
  7. Serve: Run a thin knife around the edges of the pan to release the cheesecake. Unclamp the springform pan and carefully remove it. Serve slices topped with fresh strawberries, whipped cream, and a drizzle of Nutella.

Notes

Refrigerate for up to one week or freeze for longer storage. Let it thaw in the refrigerator overnight before serving.
