- 24 Oreo cookies
- 4 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 20 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 tablespoon powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 3 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 1 1/2 cups Nutella
- Fresh strawberries for serving
- Whipped cream for serving
- Extra Nutella for drizzling
Instructions
- Prepare the Crust: Crush the Oreo cookies in a food processor until fine. Stir together the crushed cookies and melted butter, then press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan. Place in the freezer while you prepare the filling.
- Whip the Cream: In a chilled metal bowl, whip the heavy cream with 1 tablespoon of powdered sugar until stiff peaks form. Place it in the refrigerator until ready to use.
- Make the Cheesecake Filling: In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add the remaining 1/2 cup powdered sugar, cocoa powder, and Nutella to the cream cheese, beating until well combined.
- Combine Mixtures: Gently fold the whipped cream into the Nutella mixture until smooth and even.
- Assemble the Cheesecake: Pour the cheesecake filling on top of the chilled Oreo crust and smooth the top with a spatula.
- Chill: Cover and chill in the refrigerator for 240 minutes or up to 48 hours for the best set.
- Serve: Run a thin knife around the edges of the pan to release the cheesecake. Unclamp the springform pan and carefully remove it. Serve slices topped with fresh strawberries, whipped cream, and drizzled Nutella.

For best results, ensure the cream cheese is softened at room temperature before mixing. Chill the cheesecake for the full duration for optimal texture.
