- 2 cups Oreo cookie crumbs (about 24 cookies)
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1 cup sweetened shredded coconut
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1/2 cup caramel sauce
- 1 cup chocolate ganache (made with chocolate and heavy cream)
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine the Oreo cookie crumbs and melted butter, mixing until the crumbs are fully coated.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to create an even layer and refrigerate to set.
- In another bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth and creamy, about 2-3 minutes.
- Gradually add the cooled chocolate ganache into the beaten cream cheese and mix until fluffy.
- Pour the filling into the prepared crust and spread evenly, tapping the pan gently to remove air bubbles.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight until firm.
- Before serving, sprinkle shredded coconut and chopped pecans on top, then drizzle with caramel sauce.
- Carefully release the cheesecake from the pan, slice, and enjoy!
Notes
For extra flavor, try adding a pinch of salt to the filling. You can use gluten-free cookies for the crust.
