A rich and creamy no-bake cheesecake featuring layers of chocolate, coconut, and pecans, perfect for impressing friends and family.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 2 cups Oreo cookie crumbs (about 24 cookies)
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1 cup sweetened shredded coconut
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce
  • 1 cup chocolate ganache (made with chocolate and heavy cream)

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the Oreo cookie crumbs and melted butter, mixing until the crumbs are fully coated.
  2. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to create an even layer and refrigerate to set.
  3. In another bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth and creamy, about 2-3 minutes.
  4. Gradually add the cooled chocolate ganache into the beaten cream cheese and mix until fluffy.
  5. Pour the filling into the prepared crust and spread evenly, tapping the pan gently to remove air bubbles.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight until firm.
  7. Before serving, sprinkle shredded coconut and chopped pecans on top, then drizzle with caramel sauce.
  8. Carefully release the cheesecake from the pan, slice, and enjoy!

Notes

For extra flavor, try adding a pinch of salt to the filling. You can use gluten-free cookies for the crust.
