Description

A fun and delicious no-bake dessert with layers of creamy goodness, Oreo cookies, and colorful sprinkles, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 package (14.3 oz) Oreo cookies
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup rainbow sprinkles
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, whip the heavy cream and powdered sugar together until stiff peaks form.
  2. In another bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Mix in the vanilla extract.
  3. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until fully combined.
  4. Fold in the rainbow sprinkles and mini chocolate chips, if using.
  5. In a 9×13 inch dish, arrange a layer of Oreo cookies at the bottom. Spread a layer of the cream mixture over the cookies.
  6. Repeat the layers, ending with a layer of the cream mixture on top.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 240 minutes or overnight to let the flavors meld and the cake set.
  8. Before serving, garnish with additional sprinkles and crushed Oreos if desired.

Notes

Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Can be made a day in advance.
