- 1 package (14.3 oz) Oreo cookies
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup rainbow sprinkles
- 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, whip the heavy cream and powdered sugar together until stiff peaks form.
- In another bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Mix in the vanilla extract.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until fully combined.
- Fold in the rainbow sprinkles and mini chocolate chips, if using.
- In a 9×13 inch dish, arrange a layer of Oreo cookies at the bottom. Spread a layer of the cream mixture over the cookies.
- Repeat the layers, ending with a layer of the cream mixture on top.
- Refrigerate for at least 240 minutes or overnight to let the flavors meld and the cake set.
- Before serving, garnish with additional sprinkles and crushed Oreos if desired.
Notes
Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Can be made a day in advance.
