Description

A delicious and colorful no-bake dessert featuring layers of Oreo cookies, sweet cream, and funfetti sprinkles, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 package (14.3 oz) Oreo cookies
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup rainbow sprinkles
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  1. Whip the heavy cream and powdered sugar in a large bowl until stiff peaks form.
  2. In another bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth and mix in the vanilla extract.
  3. Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until well combined.
  4. Gently fold in rainbow sprinkles and mini chocolate chips (if using).
  5. Arrange a layer of Oreo cookies in the bottom of a 9×13-inch dish.
  6. Spread a layer of the cream mixture over the cookies.
  7. Repeat the layers, finishing with a layer of the cream mixture on top.
  8. Refrigerate for at least 240 minutes or overnight until set.
  9. Garnish with extra sprinkles and crushed Oreos before serving, if desired.

Notes

This cake is best served chilled and can be topped with extra sprinkles or a drizzle of chocolate sauce.
