A delicious and colorful no-bake dessert featuring layers of Oreo cookies, sweet cream, and funfetti sprinkles, perfect for any occasion.

- 1 package (14.3 oz) Oreo cookies
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup rainbow sprinkles
- 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
- Whip the heavy cream and powdered sugar in a large bowl until stiff peaks form.
- In another bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth and mix in the vanilla extract.
- Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until well combined.
- Gently fold in rainbow sprinkles and mini chocolate chips (if using).
- Arrange a layer of Oreo cookies in the bottom of a 9×13-inch dish.
- Spread a layer of the cream mixture over the cookies.
- Repeat the layers, finishing with a layer of the cream mixture on top.
- Refrigerate for at least 240 minutes or overnight until set.
- Garnish with extra sprinkles and crushed Oreos before serving, if desired.
Notes
This cake is best served chilled and can be topped with extra sprinkles or a drizzle of chocolate sauce.
