- 2 cups crushed graham crackers
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1/4 cup chopped hazelnuts
- 24 oz (680g) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup Nutella
- 1 cup chopped Ferrero Rocher chocolates
- 1 cup whipped cream
- Whole Ferrero Rocher chocolates for decoration
- Chopped hazelnuts for decoration
- Chocolate shavings for decoration
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix crushed graham crackers, melted butter, and chopped hazelnuts until well combined. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan. Chill in the refrigerator while preparing the filling.
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until combined.
- Add Nutella to the cream cheese mixture and beat until smooth.
- Gently fold in the chopped Ferrero Rocher chocolates and whipped cream until evenly distributed.
- Pour the filling over the prepared crust and smooth the top with a spatula. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Once set, decorate the top with whole Ferrero Rocher chocolates, chopped hazelnuts, and chocolate shavings.
- Slice and serve chilled.
Notes
Store leftovers in the refrigerator for 3-5 days.
