Description

A rich and creamy no-bake cheesecake featuring Ferrero Rocher chocolates and Nutella, perfect for any celebration.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups crushed graham crackers
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1/4 cup chopped hazelnuts
  • 24 oz (680g) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup Nutella
  • 1 cup chopped Ferrero Rocher chocolates
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • Whole Ferrero Rocher chocolates for decoration
  • Chopped hazelnuts for decoration
  • Chocolate shavings for decoration

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix crushed graham crackers, melted butter, and chopped hazelnuts until well combined. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan. Chill in the refrigerator while preparing the filling.
  2. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until combined.
  3. Add Nutella to the cream cheese mixture and beat until smooth.
  4. Gently fold in the chopped Ferrero Rocher chocolates and whipped cream until evenly distributed.
  5. Pour the filling over the prepared crust and smooth the top with a spatula. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  6. Once set, decorate the top with whole Ferrero Rocher chocolates, chopped hazelnuts, and chocolate shavings.
  7. Slice and serve chilled.
