Description

Delightful no-bake cheesecake bites combining rich chocolate flavors with a creamy filling, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups Oreo crumbs
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips, melted
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • Melted white chocolate (for decoration)
  • Mini chocolate chips (for decoration)
  • Crushed Oreos (for decoration)

Instructions

  1. Line a mini muffin tin with paper liners.
  2. In a bowl, combine the Oreo crumbs and melted butter. Press about 1 tablespoon of the mixture into the bottom of each muffin liner to form the crust.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Add in the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until fully incorporated.
  4. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the semi-sweet chocolate chips with heavy cream in 30-second intervals, stirring between each interval, until smooth and fully melted. Stir in the cocoa powder, then add this melted chocolate mixture to the cream cheese filling, mixing until combined.
  5. Spoon the chocolate cheesecake filling over the Oreo crust in each liner, smoothing the tops.
  6. Refrigerate the bites for at least 120 minutes, or until fully set.
  7. Once set, drizzle melted white chocolate over the cheesecake bites and sprinkle with mini chocolate chips and crushed Oreos for added crunch and decoration.
  8. Keep the bites chilled until ready to serve and enjoy!
