Description
Delightful no-bake cookies filled with crunchy pecans and sweet dried cranberries, all coated in a rich buttery praline mixture.
Ingredients

- 2 cups pecans, chopped
- 2 cups dried cranberries
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 2 1/2 cups granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup evaporated milk
- 1/2 cup corn syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a medium mixing bowl, combine the chopped pecans and dried cranberries.
- In a medium saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add the sugar, evaporated milk, and corn syrup. Stir occasionally and bring to a boil. Cook for exactly 3 minutes.
- Remove from heat, stir in vanilla extract, and mix in the pecan and cranberry mixture. Stir for 4 minutes.
- Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto wax or parchment paper, shaping them into cookies.
- Allow to cool for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
Notes
For an extra touch, sprinkle some extra chopped pecans on top before they set. Store in an airtight container for up to a week at room temperature or two weeks in the refrigerator.
