Instructions

  1. Prepare the Crust: Blend the chocolate fingers into fine crumbs, combine with melted butter, and press into a 9-inch springform pan. Chill to set.
  2. Make the Cheesecake Filling: Beat cream cheese until smooth, add heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla, then mix in melted chocolate.
  3. Assemble the Cheesecake: Pour the filling over the chilled crust and refrigerate for at least 4 hours to set.
