Instructions
- Prepare the Crust: Blend the chocolate fingers into fine crumbs, combine with melted butter, and press into a 9-inch springform pan. Chill to set.
- Make the Cheesecake Filling: Beat cream cheese until smooth, add heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla, then mix in melted chocolate.
- Assemble the Cheesecake: Pour the filling over the chilled crust and refrigerate for at least 4 hours to set.
- Garnish: Decorate with chocolate fingers, chocolate shavings, and fresh berries.
- Serve: Slice and enjoy chilled.
Notes
