A delightful no-bake dessert combining layers of graham crackers, vanilla pudding, and rich chocolate frosting, perfect for warm weather.

- 2 sleeves graham cracker squares
- 1 (16 oz) tub chocolate frosting
- 2 (3.5 oz) packages of instant vanilla pudding mix
- 3 cups milk
- 1 (8 oz) container of whipped topping (thawed)
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the instant vanilla pudding mix, milk, and thawed whipped topping until well combined. Set aside.
- In a 9 x 13-inch baking dish, create a single layer of graham cracker squares at the bottom. You may need to break some crackers to ensure the entire base is covered.
- Spread half of the pudding mixture evenly over the layer of graham crackers.
- Place another layer of graham crackers on top of the pudding mixture.
- Spread the remaining pudding mixture over the second layer of graham crackers.
- Add a final layer of graham crackers on top.
- Cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for about 30 minutes to 1 hour, allowing the pudding to set.
- Remove the lid and aluminum foil from the tub of chocolate frosting. Microwave for about 15 seconds to soften. Stir the frosting until it’s smooth and easily spreadable.
- Remove the plastic wrap from the dish and evenly spread the chocolate frosting over the top layer of graham crackers.
- Cover the dish again with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight.
- When ready to enjoy, slice into squares and serve chilled.
Notes
For extra chocolate flavor, consider adding chocolate shavings or sprinkles on top before serving.
