- 1/2 cup unsalted butter (melted)
- 2 cups cream cheese (softened)
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 1/2 cups dark chocolate (melted and slightly cooled)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy cream (whipped to stiff peaks)
- Whipped cream (for topping)
- Chocolate shavings (for topping)
- Melted chocolate drizzle (for topping)
Instructions
- Mix the cookie crumbs and melted butter in a bowl. Press the mixture firmly into a springform pan. Chill in the fridge for 20 minutes.
- In another bowl, beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar together until smooth. Add the melted chocolate and vanilla extract, mixing well. Gently fold in the whipped cream until combined.
- Spread the chocolate cheesecake filling over the chilled crust. Use a spatula to smooth the top.
- Refrigerate for at least 240 minutes (or overnight) to let it firm up.
- Before serving, top with whipped cream, chocolate shavings, and a drizzle of melted chocolate. Slice and enjoy every creamy bite!
