No-Bake Chocolate Cheesecake Delight

Description

A rich, creamy no-bake chocolate cheesecake that’s easy to make and perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups chocolate wafer crumbs
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon butter

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the chocolate wafer crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press this mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch pie dish or springform pan to form a crust.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
  3. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  4. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until everything is well combined.
  5. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the prepared crust.
  6. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips and butter in 20-second intervals, stirring each time until smooth and melted.
  7. Drizzle the melted chocolate over the top of the cheesecake, and use a spoon to create a swirl pattern.
  8. Refrigerate the cheesecake for at least 240 minutes or overnight until it is set.
  9. Slice, serve, and enjoy the creamy chocolate goodness!

Notes

Serve chilled with fresh berries or whipped cream. Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for about 5 days.
