Description
A rich, creamy no-bake chocolate cheesecake that’s easy to make and perfect for any occasion.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 1/2 cups chocolate wafer crumbs
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 tablespoon butter
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine the chocolate wafer crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press this mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch pie dish or springform pan to form a crust.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until everything is well combined.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the prepared crust.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips and butter in 20-second intervals, stirring each time until smooth and melted.
- Drizzle the melted chocolate over the top of the cheesecake, and use a spoon to create a swirl pattern.
- Refrigerate the cheesecake for at least 240 minutes or overnight until it is set.
- Slice, serve, and enjoy the creamy chocolate goodness!
