This rich and creamy no-bake chocolate cheesecake is packed with chocolate flavor and perfect for any gathering or a special night in.

- 30 Oreos (with filling), crushed
- 8 tbsp butter, melted
- 8 oz semi-sweet baking chocolate, chopped
- 1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream, divided
- 24 oz cream cheese, room temperature
- 1 3/4 cups powdered sugar
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/3 cup full-fat sour cream
- 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 3 tbsp heavy whipping cream
Instructions
- Prepare the crust by greasing a 9-inch springform pan and lining the sides with parchment paper. Pulse the crushed Oreos in a food processor, add melted butter, and press the mixture into the bottom of the pan. Refrigerate.
- Make the filling by melting the chopped chocolate with 1/4 cup of heavy cream in a microwave-safe bowl. Whip the remaining heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Beat the cream cheese until smooth, mix in the cooled chocolate, then add the powdered sugar, cocoa powder, and vanilla extract. Gently fold in sour cream and whipped cream. Pour over the crust and refrigerate overnight.
- Prepare the ganache by melting chocolate chips and 3 tbsp of heavy cream in the microwave until smooth. Pour over the cheesecake.
- Chill the cheesecake until set, slice, and serve.
Notes
For best results, use room temperature cream cheese and allow sufficient time for the cheesecake to set. You can also garnish with whipped cream or chocolate shavings.
